We have a checklist of requirements for our suppliers which include fair trade, sustainable resources, community-minded, pride in their workmanship, service and after sales service.

BalconyLiving only uses recycled brown paper bags, and recycles all paper packaging. Choosing recycled, natural and organic means you'll leave less of a mark on the earth.

We’re committed to promoting responsible "waterwise" gardening that helps reduce water usage. So we only stock "smart garden" plants such as succulents.
